TRIPE DRY FRY

Tripe is a type of edible lining from the stomachs of various farm animals. It contains lots of nutrition.. 


Ingredients:
1 kg beef or mutton tripe
4 big onions finally sliced
2+2=4 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt according to taste
1 cup mustard oil
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1+1=2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
3 bay leaves
4-5 green cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves

Method:
1. Clean & wash the tripe well & cut in to cube sizes.
2. Now take a big wok & add the tripe. Add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt, 1 tbsp turmeric powder & 2 bay leaves..  Let it tender & soft.
3. When the tripe are tender & soft. Keep it aside.
4. Now heat the mustard oil in an another wok & add the whole spices. Let it splutter. Then add the finely chopped onion & fry them until it turns golden brown.
5. Then add the remaining ginger-garlic paste & salt & fry them well.
6. Now add the powdered spices accept garam masala powder. Cook them well by adding little by little water until the raw smell of the masala goes of.
7. Then add the boiled tripe & add little bit water more. When the water evaporates dry fry the tripes.
8. At last add the garam masala powder & mix it well..  Enjoy it.. .
