LEMON PANEER GRAVY

This is an another version of lemon paneer...
I mean my version of lemon paneer.. 😉
Simple & delicious..

Ingredients:
250 gm paneer cubes
3 big onion paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 cinnamon stick
3 crushed cardamom pods
1 bay leaf
Oil as required
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Some coriander leaf
1 tsp maggie masala magic powder

Method:
1. Heat a pan & shallow fry the paneer cubes & keep aside.
2. Now in the same add some more oil & add the whole garam masala. Saute well.
3. Then add the onion, ginger & garlic paste. Fry them well for 10 minutes.
4. Now add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt. Cook well by adding little by little water until the raw smell goes of.
5. Then add enough water to make gravy & add the shallow fried paneer cubes. Cover it for 5 minutes.
6. Then add coriander leaves & lemon juice & mix it well.
7. Last but not the least add the maggie masala magic & mix well.. Lemon paneer gravy is ready to serve.
