SEWAI NARIYAL LADDOO

You may eat sewai as a dessert in so many ways.. But try this sewai laddoos once.. It looks like gulab jamun but the taste is awsome.

Ingredients:
2 packet of colourful or plain lachchha sewai
3 cup grated coconut
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
Salt to taste ( optional)
2 cup jaggary syrup

Method:
1. Heat a wok & add the ghee.
2. Roast the sewai & coconut well.
3. Then add the salt & jaggary syrup. Stir continuosly in low flame until it become thick for laddoo.
4. Then add the cardamom powder & mix well.
5. Switch off the flame & make laddoos.
