MASALEDAR SUJI NAMAK PARE

Usually namak pare made by all purpose flour. But this namak pare is something different which is made by semolina or suji..

Ingredients:
Semolina or suji 2 cup
Salt as a taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Pinch of baking soda
Water for kneed as required
Oil for deep frying
1 tsp roasted cumun powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black paper powder
1 tsp black salt

Method:
1. Grind the semolina & make a fine powder.
2. Add salt, 2 tbsp oil & mix well. Then add water and kneed a semi soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
3. Then make a chapati & cut with your desire shape.
4. Deep fry it untill it become golden brown.
5. On the other hand in a big bowl add the remaining ingredients & mix well.
6. When the namak pare is ready. Add instantly in the masala's bowl. Shake them well to coat the masala on the namak pare..  Let it be cool completely & store in an air tight container.
