DRY FISH ROASTED WITH JACKFRUIT SEEDS & ASH GUARD LEAF..

This is a traditonal Dhakaiya recipe... Super yummy & with lots of benefits of jackfruit seeds & ash guard leaves..

Ingredients:
250 gm jackfruit seeds
20 no. ash guard leaves
1/4 cup mustard oil
1/2 cup chopped garlic
4 tbsp chopped green chillies
2 onion finelly chopped
Salt to tast
5 dry fish ( chepa shutki)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder

Method:
1. Peel the jackfruit seeds & boil it in salted water  & keep aside.
2. Wash & coarsly chopped the ash guard leaves & keep aside.
3. Now heat some mustard oil & add chopped garlic, chopped green chillies & saute.
4. Then add chopped onion & salt & saute for sometimes.
5. Now add the dry fish & fry them well.
6. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder & coriander powder. Fry them well until the raw smell goes up.
7. Then add the leaves & saute well. Simmer it for 15 minutes.
8. After that add the boiled seeds & mix them well.  Cooked it for sometimes or till it combines together.
