Ingredients:
2 cup split black gram
1 cup rice flour
3 onion finelly chopped
1/2 cup chopped curry leaves
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp baking soda
Oil for deep frying

1. Soak split black gram for 6-7 hours. Then coarsely grind it.
2. Then add the rice flour, onion finely chopped, chopped curry leaves,  chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, chopped green chilli, salt to taste & baking soda. Mix all the ingredients together & make a batter.
3. Now heat oil & deep fry the vadas with the help of a spoon in medium low flame.
