SWEET WHITE CHICKEN KORMA

This white chicken korma is a creamy, mild curry with wonderful delicate spices..

Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken with bones
1/4 cup sweet yogurt or tangy curd & 2 tbsp sugar 
3 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp veg oil
2 onions finelly sliced
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 bay leaf
4 cloves
6 green cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp coriander powder
3 green chillies slitted
1 tsp white paper powder
1&2 cup milk
1/4 cup cream

Method:
1. Marinate the chicken  with curd, sugar, coriander powder & salt. Keep it aside for half n hour.
2. Heat ghee & oil togather & add the whole spices. Let it splutter.
3. Now add the sliced onion & fry until it becomes light brown.
4. Then add the marinated chicken stire well for 5 minutes & simmer it in low flame for 10 minutes.
5. Then add the milk & slitted green chillies & again cover it until the chicken will be nicely cooked.
6. Then add the cream & cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with roti, naan or pulao.
