This is & super yumm main dish goes with chapati, pulao or plain rice.. salty, tangy & spicy chicken recipe.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg with bone
Beaten curd 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
1 tbsp turmaric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
3 onion thinely sliced
1 rbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup ghee
6 green chilli chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
Whole spices
Method:
1. Heat the ghee & add the whole spices in it.. let it splutter.
2. Then add the sliced onion & chopped green chillies. Fry them until it become golden brown.
3. Then add the ginger garlic paste & fry them again.
4. Add the powdered masalas & cooked them until the raw smell is goes off. Add little by little water.
5. Then add the chicken, salt & beaten curd.. saute for 5 minutes & cover it until the chicken is nicely cooked.
6. Let it be dry & add the garam masala. Mix it well & serve it.
