Mahalabia is a super quick, super easy, Arabian dessert made with milk, cream, corn flour, slightly sweetened and flavoured with rose syrup.
1 ltr full fat milk
1 cup cream
1 cup corn flour
1 cup sugar
Rose syrup for garnishing
Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Method:
1. Mix the full fat milk, cream, corn flour & sugar togather.
2. Then take a sauce pan in low flame & add the mixture. Stir continuously untill it become thicken like pudding.
3. Then add the pudding imidietly in a glass bowl & let it be cool down.
4. Then add rose syrup & dry fruits in it. Let it be set in fridge for 3 hour.
