This biscuits are so tasty & light... Goes well with morning or evening tea... Can be store for 3 month in an air tight container..
Ingredients:
3 cup plain flour
1 & 1/2 cup semolina
2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fennel seeds powder or cardamom powder.
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients well & make a tight dough.
Rest it for 30 minutes.
2. Roll it like chapati but not too thin. Cut into round shape with cookie cutter.
3. Bake it for 30 minutes in 100 degree c.
