Beetroot Halwa is a lip-smacking halwa recipe, made with beetroot, milk, mixed dry fruits, sugar & ghee. This is a perfect dessert for all the healthy eaters. It is an easy-to-make healthy recipe that you can prepare for your loved ones in no time.
Ingredients:
4 beetroot grated
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp dry fruits
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup milk
Method:
1. Heat a pan & add ghee.
2. Fry the grated beetroot for 5 minutes.
3. Add milk, saute & simmer it for 10 minutes.
4. Then add the sugar & stire continuosly until it become thick.
5. Now add the cardamom powder & dry fruits mix well & switch off the flame.
6. Garnish with dry fruits.
