This stew is super healthy. Made with veggies & chicken in less oil & spices.
Ingredients:
1 carrot cut in to cubes
1 potato cut in to cubes
1/4 betroot cut in to cubes
250 gm chicken with bone
1 bowl of flour & water mixture
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 big onion sliced
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
6 black paper corn
4 cloves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp cooking oil/ olive oil
1/2 tsp paperika powder
Enough water to make stew
Method:
1. Heat oil & add the whole spices. Saute for sometimes.
2. Add the chopped ginger, garlic & sliced onion. Saute until a nice pink colour comes out.
3. Now add the chicken & the veggies along with paperika powder, salt & the flour water mixture. Saute well for 5 minutes.
4. Then add enough water to make the stew. Pressure cook for 5 whistels. Serve hot
