Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup powdered sugar ( required to taste)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 - 1/2 cup semolina
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 + 1/2 = 1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped cherry
1. Smoothly beat the yogurt.
2. Add the baking powder & baking soda.
3. Add powderd sugar (or required to your taste) & beat well.
4. Now add of cooking oil & mix well.
5. Then add semolina & all purpose flour & mix well.
6. Then add 1/2 cup of milk & beat well & leave it for 10 minutes to soak the milk.
7. After 10 minutes add 1/2 cup milk more & make a smooth batter.
8. Grease a baking bowl with butter & pour the batter in it & tab it.
9. Garnish with cherries & bake it for 45 minutes or required time.
