Coffee cake is cake intended to be eaten with, or flavored with, coffee. British coffee cake is a sponge flavoured with coffee.
2 tablespoon instant coffee
4 tablespoon warm milk
3 egg eggs
1/3 cup veg oil
1/2 cup sift plain flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
Method:
1. Soak instant coffee in warm milk. Keep aside.
2. Beat the egg whites with sugar until creamy mixture.
3. On the other hand, beat together egg yolks, oil, sift plain flour, powderd sugar,baking powder & baking soda.
4. Add the coffee mixture & mix it.
5. Now add the egg whites & mix ot by cut & fold method.
6. Pour in to a greased baking tin & bake it for 30 minutes.
7. Let it cool completely. Unmould & garnish with powderd sugar.
