This pancake is lip smacking snack for breakfast or evening snack.. And also healthy food for kids also. Kids love to take this pancake in their tiffins. Just try it once.
1 large egg
2 tablespoon powderd sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Butter for greasing
Method:
1. Make a smooth batter of egg, powdered sugar, milk, plain flour, salt, baking soda, cooking oil & cinnamon powder.
2. Now grease a pan with oil & add the batter with spatula. Simmer it for a minute in low flame. Then flip over the other side & simmer it for a minute.
Cinnamon pancakes are ready...
