GARLIC PICKLE


Garlic is a very healthful ingredient. It helps us from high blood pressure or acidity. It cures from cold also.

Ingredients:
4 cup garlic cloves
1 cup white vinegar
5 tamarind
5 dry red chillies
3 tablespoons red chilli powder
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
2 tablespoons fennel seeds
2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds
2 tablespoons white musterd seeds
2 tablespoons black musterd seeds
1 tablespoon onion seeds
Salt to taste
4 cup musterd oil

Method:
1. Soak tamarind in white vinegar & leave it for 1 hour. Keep aside.
2. Dry roast the  dry chillies, white musterd seeds, black musterd seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds & fenugreek seeds. Coarsely grind & keep aside.
3. Crushed the garlic cloves.
4. Now heat oil & add the crushed garlic cloves fry for 5 minutes.
5. Now add salt , coarsely grind powder & the other spice powders. Stir well for 10 minutes.
6. Then add the tamarind soaked white vinegar & again saute for 5 minutes.
7. Let it completely cool & transfer in to a clean glass jar.
