This sweet is very deliciouse & mouth freshning sweet.
Ingredients:
2 cup of finely grated coconut
2 betel leaves or paan
1 tsp gulkand
1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tablespoin roasted plain flour
Cherry for garnishing
Method:
1. Heat a pan & add the finely grated coconut, roast for 10 minutes in low flame.
2. Then make a paste of betel leaves & gulkand. Add this paste in to the roasted coconut & saute for 5 minutes.
3. Now add the powdered sugar & roasted plain flour, stire continuously until it become thick.
4. Then add the cardamom powder, saute & switch off the flame.
5. For make this sweet grease your hands with water & take a scoop of this mixture. Give a flatten shape & garnish with half cherry..
